Q. How can I order a part from you? |
You can order a part by following these steps:
- Look for your part either by searching our inventory or by calling our store
- Once you find the part you were looking for, download the CreditCarAutorization form if you want to pay with Credit Card and the ShipmentRequest form if you want us to ship to you (there may be extra shipment charges, check shippment and delivery page for more information).
- Print the forms and fill them out (the amount will be the quoted price + TAX + Shippment Charges if any)
- Then fax them to us at 416-240-7144.
- Give us around 2 days to process your request or call us to make other arrangements.

| Once you order the part and pay for it this is the process: |
- We put your request in a queue
- Once your order is ready to be processed we process your request
- Open the part from our cars if not already on the shelf
- Prepare it for shipment or pickup

| Yes, we use an inventory system that connects us to 3000 other yards in North America. If we don't have a part, chances are that we can find your part in matter of seconds. |
